Handwritten letter from Burlington, London, to Mr Barry Drew, Lismore, regarding management of the estate. Asking for account for Mr Burt; information of what distress was taken from the lands of Camphire and Okill for 1688. Dick Bagg was asked about demands made for rents also due 1688. Mentioning that Burlington's lands in Lismore lay waste from Michaelmas 1690 until Lady's Day 1691 (allowing for a year and a half before asking for rent). Rent due to Bishop of Waterford (consecrated Lady's Day 1691). Ordering him to lease those lands to John Welsh; account for Mr Gratrakes [Kilmanicholas]. (Contains endorsement by recipient. Damaged and fragile.)
