Kilroy's play Talbot's Box features twice (1977 and in her last letter 18 May 1989); mentioning mutual friends including [Tom] MacIntyre. Including press cuttings from French newspapers covering Lavin's award of the Katherine Mansfield prize [1961]; a black and white photograph depicting Lavin and her three daughters; letter from biographer Leah Levenson asking Kilroy for help.
