Typed copy of Canon Hayes' address to the annual general meeting of the Kilmeaden (Kilmeadan) Parish Guild of Muintir na Tíre, County Waterford, 18 September 1952. Canon Hayes states that the Muintir na Tíre Parish Plan for Agricultural Production 'has been declared by a group of International Experts as the most progressive step in the improvement of agricultural advisory work in Europe today.' Includes annotations and corrections, plus a second copy of the first 3 pages of the address with further corrections.
