Letter from Séamus Mallon, DFM, to Tony Blair MP, Prime Minister, Downing Street, London, outlining concerns that a meeting between David Trimble and Blair re. agriculture proposals were not made known to him and therefore is in breach of the joint function of the office of FMDFM and that he must be included in any such discussions (13 Jan 2000).
