Materials pertaining to the Ernest Cochrane letters, a set of 43 letters written by Ernest Cochrane from Belfast and Dublin in Ireland, and Calgary and Regina in Canada, to Katie Finlay, Holywood, County Down in 1882-1905. The majority of the letters are written from Canada where Cochrane served in the North West Mounted Police from 1885-1905. The series consists of PRONI's catalogue and abstracts of the letters, Kerby A. Miller's own letter abstracts, and Miller's typed transcripts of six of the letters.
