Draft settlement of part of the personal estate of Charles, 2nd Lord Clanmorris. The parties involved were Robert J ffrench and Maria Letitia [Bingham], his wife (1) Denis, 3rd Lord Clanmorris (2) and a space [for trustees] (3). Charles, 2nd Lord Clanmorris, died in June 1829. In his will, dated 16 May 1829, he left the residue of his personal property to his sister Maria Letitia ffrench, as sole residuary legatee. Denis, 3rd Lord Clanmorris, was to execute a bond in favour of Mrs. ffrench [his sister] and in return Robert J. ffrench and Mrs. Ffrench were to release a decree, dated 6 July 1826, on the personal property of John, 1st Lord Clanmorris, to which Charles, 2nd Lord Clanmorris, had a claim [hydrolysis, very delicate].
