Deed of renewal of lease between Robert French the younger and others to Robert Hedges Eyre. It recites the a lease of 1726 from Denis Daly of Raford and Mayor of the corporation of the lands of Shantallowmore and Shantallowbeg, known as Kirwans Parks in the west liberties of the town then held by Denis Deane, to Erasmus Irwin and Nicholas Staunton. It recites deeds of 1728 and 1730 when Erasmus and Nicholas devolved their interests in the property to Edward Eyre. The lease is renewed with Robert for three lives at £21 per annum.
