Deed of release of an annuity (No 73) of £150 charged upon lands in the baronies of Tiaquin and Athenry [parishes of Clonkeen and Ballymacward] in Co Galway and the surrender of a term of 100 years, James Faree, Warwick St, Pall Mall, Middlesex (1) Philip Hayward, Warwick St (2) to James Daly of Dunsandle (3). Recites a deed of annuity, dated 10 Nov 1827, whereby an annuity of £150 was purchased for £1,500. James Daly by this deed repurchases the annuity by paying £1,500. This deed is unsigned and apparently not executed.
