Deed of release of 2 annuities (No 5), marked 'Cancelled', the trustees of the Guardian Assurance Co to James Daly, releasing him from 2 annuities, £363.8.3. charged on the lands of Kilconnell, Co Galway and £195.13.6. charged on part of the Lismore estate, by deed dated 9 Aug 1823. James Daly was to pay the company £3,090 and £1,600. Includes schedules of the Kilconnell and Lismore estates, 611 acres of part of the Lismore estate had a rental valued at £620. The schedules include the tenants' names.
