Deed of partially printed lease between Robert Hedges Eyre of Macroom Castle, County Cork and Thomas Francis Joyce of Galway of that part of Marsh and land now in his possession with several dwelling houses on the northern side of Merchant's Road, bound by the premises of George Comerford and Daniel O'Sullivan. There is a clause that Thomas will build up the two houses at the western end to the same level in five years. To hold for three lives or thirty-one years at a yearly rent of £20.
