Deed of lease between Dermott Donelan of Silane of the first part, and Francis Loghan of Trinebaun, and Patrick Riley of Pounimall. He grants to them those lands of Parkalassa and Tubberdarrig, lately held by the tenants of Woodquay, containing twenty acres, with the right of cutting turf and black mud for manure from the adjoining bog. They are to hold it for twenty years at £1.6.0 per acre per annum.
