Deed of lease between Dermot O 'Connor of Woodquay, County Galway and Dermot Melville of Silane of the second part. It grants him the lands of Beagh, containing 65 acres, currently held by Anthony Connor, as well as lands held by Edmond Browne of Ardstica, said to belong to Dermot O'Connor. He is to old it for 99 years at ten pounds sterling. Also three copies of same.
