Deed of appointment (No 75) of £9,000 under settlement of 1780, charged on Dunsandle estate only, William Wynne of Dublin, esq (1), Lady Henrietta Daly, widow (2), James Daly of Dunsandle and Denis St G Daly, his eldest son (3) and William Humphreys of Ballyhaise House, Co Cavan, esq (4). Lady Henrietta appointed William Wynne to raise a loan of £9,000 Irish for her. By her marriage settlement she had power to raise £10,000. £1,000 had been raised by a mortgage to Gregory Cuffe, which was repaid, this is the rest of the £9,000. The Cuffe deed is recited. Includes a schedule of the first 6 encumbrances on the estate. Gray and MacDougall, Harcourt St, solicitors.
