Mayo, deceased; David Ruttledge son of his brother James; granddaughter Elizabeth Clark and Midleton Clark her uncle; nephews William Ruttledge of Hollymount, soapboiler; Andrew Ruttledge of Poleryan and Francis Lambert, nieces Margaret Courtney; Christopher Bowen for 'his services and friendship', also mentions his servants by name and his labourers and cottiers collectively. Trustees Thomas Lindsey of Hollymount and Francis Lambert of Togher. Witnesses John Johnson , Courtney Kenny, John Rodgers. One codicil relating to Elizabeth Clark marriage to [George O'Malley] dated 14 Aug 1767. Will proved 20 March 1768.
