Includes copy will which mentions his sons Thomas, Anthony and John Yeadon; John Walsh, foster-father to his son Thomas; Nurse Sheeran; Nurse Cassidy; his wife Ann and his sister Sarah, wife of Charles Phibbs. 1 codicil same date as will. Executors are his wife Ann and brother Adam. No witnesses noted. Note of 17 Sept 1822 John Mills sworn declaration of Anthony Ormsby's handwriting.
