[Gives many variations of names for all these lands]. Parties are (1) Thomas Bucknell Lindsey of Dublin, Esq., eldest son and heir of Rev. Samuel Lindsey deceased; (2) Christopher Ormsby, merchant of Dublin; (3) David Ruttledge of Dublin, Gent. Witnesses are Edward Bell and George Ellison. Includes the acknowledgement of Marcus Paterson Esq. Chief Justice of the Common Bench and allowing the deed to be enrolled.
