MS document, likely to be written by Kevin Boyle, entitled "Co-Operation of Civil Disobedience - New Proposals", outlining proposals and thoughts on Civil Disobedience in Northern Ireland. The first line reads "The Newry march may yet prove a historic date in the struggle against British Imperialism in Ireland". Boyle describes "The fundamental proposition is this: any arrangements between opposition gangs involved in the Civil Resistance campaign, must have the support of the Republican movement."
