Robert J ffrench married Maria Letitia Bingham in 1815 and the 1st, 2nd
and 3rd Barons Clanmorris were all involved in various financial settlements with Robert J. ffrench, in particular the payment of annuities, [see LE7/14, /17, /48, /52-4 and /56]. Charles Barry Bingham, 2nd Baron Clanmorris left much of his personal estate to his sister Mrs ffrench. He had earlier been in dispute with his brother Denis Arthur Bingham [later 3rd Baron Clanmorris] over various settlements made by their father. Robert J ffrench was one of the executors of Charles, 2nd Lord Clanmorris will. There is also reference to the compensation money of the Borough of Tuam' [see LE7/12, /61 and /71].
