Mrs. P. McLaughlin deposited the original letter in PRONI [reference number T2085/1], from which Kerby A. Miller created this transcript. The Deputy Keeper of the Records, Public Record Office of Northern Ireland, granted permission to publish this letter per letter of 23 January 1990.
