A copy of the original letter was donated to E.R.R. Green, then of the University of Manchester by Sister Mary Patrick of the Good Samaritan Convent, Reservoir, Melbourne, Victoria, per her letter of 25 August 1961. Green shared this copy with his later collaborator, Kerby A. Miller.
