Deed of assignment of lands, houses and chattels in the Barony of Carra, co Mayo, leased to Mary Semple's father James Masden (Marsden?) by Charles L Fitzgerald for three lives, her own and her two brothers John and James, June 1792. Lands, houses etc. held by her husband Charles from Lord Lucan. Parties are (1) Mary Semple of Turlough, Co Mayo, widow; (2) Thomas Ormsby of Knockmore and John Ormsby of Lakeland, trustees of the will of Charles Semple; (3) William Semple of Turlough, son of Mary. Witnesses are George Ormsby, James Lister and Dennis Murray.
