Published report of the European Commission of Human Rights on the Hüseyin Güleç case, which concluded that there had been a violation of Article 2 of the European Convention of Human Rights (30 votes to 1). The applicant’s son, Ahmet Güleç, aged 15, was killed on 4 March 1991 by a bullet fired by gendarmes at student demonstrators during a protest at İdil Senior High School, Şırnak Province.
