Press Release containing the Address of Christopher T. Morris, President of the Language Freedom Movement, to a meeting of the Forum Discussion Group at Buswell's Hotel on 12 November, 1968. Discusses Article 8 of the Constitution which defines Gaelic as the national language, and argues against this on the basis of UNESCO's definition of a national language, and the results of the 1961 Census.
