He discusses the current war and the necessity to think for one's self in order to develop 'true democracy' rather than 'suggest that the Government or some Government Department do it'. Father Hayes talks about the mission, organisational structure, and achievements of Muintir na Tíre. Includes annotations and corrections. The last page of the original document is missing.
