'Abstract of Acts of Parliament regulating tolls and customs, weights and measures in Ireland with observations thereon in reference to the accompanying lease' signed by JWJ. He refers to the patents in the case laid before Mr Pennefather. He writes that Mr Pennefather's opinion is that Lord Lucan or any lessee under him has no legal right to take tolls at the fairs and markets of Castlebar even under the patents alluded to by Mr Pennefather.
