Letter from W Connor, Leagh North, to John Wilson Lynch stating that the lands were being grazed before he got them. He states that Dermody is still using the land, cutting seaweed, sowing potatoes and stripping part of the land for a pig-house. He states that the Kinvara sergeant wanted to know when he was to take possession of the land. Note on the back by John Wilson Lynch records that he replied to Connors, telling him to take possession of the lands immediately.
