Letter from C C Linear, War Office, to Sir Peter thanking him for his letter and cheque. He hopes Freyer will have a 'really good holiday' at Braemor. 'I also trust that you will drive into the ChGS [Chief of General Staff] that he must take a holiday and a proper one soon'. In a postscript he asks Freyer to give his respects to Lord and Lady Pirrie, Miss Carlisle and her brother.
