(26 Dec 1891). Continues a discussion on a road from the East to Port Harford, and mentions a railroad proposition they seem to have previously discussed.

The notepaper remains Hotel El Paso de Robles, but also states it to the the office of the Paso Robles Street Railroad, of which Adams is the proprietor. 7 Jul 1892. The subject of the letter is money due for a railroad survey, which Adams has unsuccessfully tried to recoup. Adams also outlines a plan to possibly get a railroad proposal through, and asks for O'Shaughnessy's co-operation.
